Holiday Inn Express has alway been a budget-friendly hotel option, and keeping them top of mind with travelers was job one.

The hospitality industry can be pretty serious. To more successfully differentiate the chain,  Holiday Inn Express wanted to buck this trend and have more fun with potential guests. The resulting campaign was designed to appeal to a wide variety of consumer segments using humor and amenities to ultimately get consumers laughing and booking.

During the campaign’s lifespan, bookings and website traffic saw a measurable surge, reflecting its powerful impact. The campaign amassed thousands of views online, solidifying its success. Beyond the numbers, the campaign captivated audiences, quickly becoming a fan favorite among visitors.
